Returns and Complaints

Returns/complaints must be reported within 14 working days subsequent to receipt of the goods. In order to do so, please use our return slip. You can download it in PDF here. You are also welcome to request one by email or telephone. Please note that returns/complaints can only be processed by us upon receipt of a return slip which has been filled out completely.

Having complied with the prescribed storage conditions, please ship any returns well and securely packaged, in stable shipping boxes and with adequate postage, to our address:

The amount of the refund will be calculated on the basis of the purchase price which has actually been remitted. Any potential price changes which may have occurred subsequent to purchase of the returned goods cannot be applied.

Only undamaged goods in their original condition, and which have been purchased directly from Gall Pharma GmbH, are refundable.

Goods that have been purchased through a pharmaceutical wholesaler, pharmacy etc. should be sent back to the respective dealer in question.

Returns which reach us carriage-forward, with insufficient postage or in damaged condition will not be accepted.

In order to make the process as convenient for you as possible, please note the following points:

The return slip must be completed in full, stamped and signed.

Returns/complaints which do not meet our requirements will be returned to you carriage-forward.

Please always report returns/complaints by form, email or fax. In order to do so, please send the return slip, a copy of the delivery slip and, in the event of damaged goods, photos (both of the goods as well as the shipping box) via email to reklamation@gall.co.at or fax to: +43 (0) 3572/86996 9

For an approved return, you will receive from us the completed form including a return number.

Please enclose with the goods the return slip as well as a copy of the delivery slip/invoice.

Failure to comply with the prescribed storage temperature, also during transportation, will result in our being unable to issue a credit note. In individual cases, we do have the right to demand proof of temperature compliance during transportation as well as the period of storage.
